Refund and Return Policy


If you received a damaged box of tea, please contact us using our form immediately so that we can correct the problem. If you have changed your mind about a tea that you received and would like to return it for store credit, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Teas must be unopened.  Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. We will credit your original method of payment. Please package your return appropriately and include a copy of your packing slip or at least your order number.

If you decide to cancel your monthly club plan we will stop future shipments and issue a pro rated refund.


For example; If you ordered a six month plan and paid $98.95 and want to cancel after three months of shipments we would refund you 50% or $49.48.  (3 months / 6 months = 50%)
