You can brew the Red Song Teaposy up to 5 times and even display it in cold water for a week or more. The Red Song Teaposy blossom is made exclusively from full length leaves of single-origin Silver Needle White Tea, grown, harvested, and packaged in the Fujian Province of China. 80% of the tea is harvested during the spring and 20% during the autumn, the ideal times because of the nutrition accumulated in the leaves during the winter and summer months. This creates the tea’s clean, high quality taste that can’t be found anywhere else on the market today. From start to finish, every teaposy is carefully crafted by hand to create a blooming work of art. First, the tea is handpicked, dried, and withered for two hours at 212° to remove impurities. Then, the Silver Needle Tea is sorted leaf by leaf and placed in bundles of equal length and weight. Once sorted, fresh flowers and the Silver Needle White Tea are hand-sewn together to create the beautiful shapes reveled during the brewing process.
