Ordering by Check or Fax

1. Find the items you want to purchase 

2. Put the quantity you want in the box next to the item

3. Click on the "Add to Cart" button, you can then review your order by clicking on the "View Cart" button at the top of the page.

4. Change the quantity if you want.  Then click on "Click Here to Check Out".

5. You will now be at Checkout - Step 1 of 3. Complete the shipping information. (Skip the billing information)  Then click on the "Click Here to Complete Your Order" button

6.  Select the shipping method and amount next to where it says "Ship VIA:

To order by Fax

Print the Checkout - Step 2 of 3 page, make sure to add in the shipping amount then fax the completed page to 978-774-6297  

To order by Check

Print the Checkout - Step 2 of 3 page, make sure to add in the shipping amount, enclose a check payable to TotalVac.com and mail to:
